Booking Terms and Conditions<\/h4>\n

Nyrups Naturhotell can be booked through our own channels (our website, phone or email), where overnight stays, experience packages, and group activities and conferences are offered. Booking is possible up to 14 days prior to arrival.<\/p>\n

You can also book Nyrups Naturhotell through other channels (for example Campanyon<\/a> eller STF<\/a>\u00a0) In such cases, the booking terms specified by those channels apply.<\/p>\n

A purchase or booking made through Nyrups Naturhotell\u2019s own channels becomes binding as soon as it has been confirmed verbally or in writing by us. These terms apply from that moment, regardless of whether you have paid for the arrangement in full, partially, or not at all.<\/p>\n

Booking Terms for Companies and Organizations<\/strong>
25% of the total amount (booking fee) is normally invoiced at the time of booking. The remaining balance is invoiced for final payment no later than 30 days before arrival. A final additional invoice may be issued in cases of uncertainty regarding the number of participants or late adjustments and additions.<\/p>\n

Cancellation no later than 45 days before arrival entitles you to a refund of the booking fee. Cancellation later than 30 days before arrival entitles you to no refund.<\/p>\n

Booking Terms for Private Individuals<\/strong>
Private individuals are invoiced and paid\u00a0at the time of booking. If the booking is made more than 20 days before arrival, it is possible to pay only 20% as a booking fee.<\/p>\n

20 days before arrival, a payment link or invoice for the final payment will be sent.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Fees<\/strong>
From 11 days to 2 days before arrival:
75% of the total amount.
From 1 day to 0 days before arrival:
100% of the total amount.<\/p>\n

Flexible Rebooking Option<\/strong>
If you would like the option to reschedule free of charge within 12 months from the original arrival date, you may select this as an add-on when booking.<\/p>\n

Safety<\/strong>
Cancellation by Nyrups Naturhotell may occur in the event of a corresponding red weather warning issued by SMHI (Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute). In such cases, the guest will receive a credit voucher valid for use within 12 months.<\/p>\n

In the event of an orange weather warning, a special assessment will be made, which may result in a decision to cancel from Nyrups Naturhotell\u2019s side. The same compensation applies as in the case of a red weather warning.<\/p>\n

Guests may not cancel or rebook based on weather forecasts. Nyrups Naturhotell is weather-secure under normal conditions. With our communal wool hut and sleeping wool huts, guests have good conditions for a wonderful experience \u2014 but you must be prepared that this is truly an outdoor stay.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Protection<\/strong>
A voluntary cancellation protection (SEK 200 per person) can be added to the booking. The protection applies only in the event of cancellation due to acute illness, accident, or death affecting the traveler or a close relative.<\/p>\n

This must be supported by a medical certificate, which must be received by us no later than 10 days after cancellation.<\/p>\n

Insurance and Personal Safety<\/strong>
Nyrups Naturhotell holds standard business and liability insurance and operates in accordance with product safety legislation. As a guest, you must follow the safety instructions provided on site.<\/p>\n

Deliberate violation of safety instructions may result in removal from the premises. Please review your personal insurance coverage before your stay.<\/p>\n

Complaints<\/strong>
Any complaints must be raised as soon as possible on site.<\/p>\n

If you leave the premises or the arrangement without giving us reasonable time to resolve the issue, you lose the right to compensation.<\/p>\n

Compensation claims must be submitted to us in writing no later than 30 days after the stay.<\/p>\n

Data Protection and Personal Data Guidelines
<\/strong>By making a payment, you consent to us processing your personal data. The purpose is to enable standard guest administration, ensure reliable personal documentation in the event of an accident, fulfill the terms of cancellation protection, and administer and process any damages.<\/p>\n

Your data may also be used to inform you about our own offers.<\/p>\n

You may also be contacted for marketing purposes and follow-up after your stay. Your feedback may be published on our website as guidance for other travelers.<\/p>\n

As a customer, you may unsubscribe at any time from newsletters and similar communications. We delete all emails after two years and review our mailing lists, removing inactive addresses after two years. If you wish to be deleted earlier, please contact us at info@naturhotell.se<\/a> or click the unsubscribe link included in the few newsletters we send each year.<\/p>\n
